Q – How much is shipping?
A – Within the United States of America, shipping on all orders over $99 is free. For orders under $99, shipping is at an easy flat rate of $9.95, no matter what you order.
For international orders, simply follow checkout and input your country and address for a realtime shipping quote to your location.
Please be advised, our "free shipping" offer only applies to orders placed within the United States of America. As much as we would love to extend the offer out to the rest of the world, or even to Canada, we simply cannot due to the extremely low pricing we offer.
Q – Do you ship Internationally?
A – Yes, we specialize in worldwide shipping. As stated above, just follow checkout (be assured, you do not have to commit to purchase), input your country/location and your shipping rate will be quoted. We ship using UPS and USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of the item, and the location where it is going. Our items arrive to your international destination in a safe, timely manner.
Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and money orders/cashiers checks. We do verify that the billing address provided matches the billing address on the credit card. You may request the item to be delivered to an alternate address, but the billing address portion of checkout must match. In some cases, you may have to add your altenate shipping address to your credit card companies file, so we can verify you are the cardholder. We will contact you on a case by case basis if this is happening with your order.
Q – What shipping methods do you offer?
A – Our standard FREE shipping is UPS Ground. We do also offer UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd day, and UPS Overnight shipping methods. Please be advised, the method of shipping you choose is the time it takes to ship after your order is verified and ready for shipment.
International Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS International Expedited. This varies based on what you have ordered, and the weight of your order.
Q – How long does it take to receive my order?
A – Most products are available, in stock, and ready to ship. These products typically arrive in 3-7 business days following transaction verification and processing. There are some instances where an order may take longer, and in one of those instances, we will notify you of a new estimated time of delivery. We do state that all orders ship within 7 business days, but fact being 95% of our orders ship within 24-48 hours.
Please remember, after we release your order to the carrier, transit time is not under our control.
Q – Do I have to pay taxes on my USA order?
A – Taxes only apply for buyers having their order shipped within California. A 7.75% tax is required. No tax will be charged on orders shipping outside of California.
Q – Okay, I know what I want. How do I order from your website?
A – Simply click the button “Add to Cart” on each and every item you are interested in, and then go to the top of the page, and click “Checkout Now”. You will now be directed step by step on how to complete checkout.
Q – Do you price match?
A – Of course! If you find a cheaper price on the same product, just send an email to sales@dealercostcaraudio.com with your request, and we will be quick to price match to keep our lowest price guarantee going. Typically you will receive a "gift certificate" that has the correct discounts for that particular order. Please keep in mind when price shopping, shipping has to be included in your price match, as we offer free shipping, and many competitors have high shipping rates.
