Q – How much is shipping?
A – Our shipping rates are weight based, and vary depending on your location. As soon as you add your item(s) to your shopping cart, you can get a shipping quote estimate by going through the first step of checkout, without submitting any personal information. If you are okay with the shipping cost, just follow through checkout to purchase your item.
Q – Do you ship Internationally?
A – Yes, we specialize in worldwide shipping. As stated above, just follow checkout (be assured, you do not have to commit to purchase), input your country/location and your shipping rate will be quoted. We ship using UPS and USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of the item, and the location where it is going. Our items arrive to your international destination in a safe, timely manner.
Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout and Paypal. We do fraud checks to make sure the billing address provided matches the billing address on the credit card. You may request the item to be delivered to an alternate address, but the billing address portion of checkout must match.
Q – How long does it take to receive my order?
A – Most products are available, in stock, and ready to ship. These products typically arrive in 3-7 business days following transaction verification and processing. There are some instances where an order may take longer, and in one of those instances, we will notify you of a new estimated time of delivery.
Please remember, after we release your order to the carrier, transit time is not under our control.
Q – Do I have to pay taxes on my USA order?
A – Taxes only apply for buyers having their order shipped within California. A 7.75% tax is required. No tax will be charged on orders shipping outside of California.
Q – Okay, I know what I want. How do I order from your website?
A – Simply click the button “Add to Cart” on each and every item you are interested in, and then go to the top of the page, and click “Checkout Now”. You will now be directed step by step on how to complete checkout.
Q – Do you price match?
A – Of course! If you find a cheaper price on the same product, just send an email to sales@dealercostcaraudio.com with your concern, we will be quick to price match to keep our lowest price guarantee going.
