If you wish to cancel a pending order that is past 7 business days old, please send an email request to sales@dealercostcaraudio.com including the following information:
- Order Number
- Reason for Cancellation
- Last 4 digits of the card you used to purchase your order
You will get a response within 24 hours to your request. We will let you know if there is any other information we need from you, and we will communicate accordingly.
